There are two barns as well as an indoor arena, outdoor arena, wash racks, a seasonal summer trail available along Ebey Slough, and much more.

The caregiver, Jesus, has many years of experience and takes excellent care of all horses boarded here. Horses are fed high quality grass/alfalfa hay and given sawdust bedding. Full care is available for $482 per month. This includes feeding three times a day and daily stall cleaning and turnout (6 days a week). Horses will also be given owner provided supplements. Basic care is available for $450 per month. This includes feeding two times a day as well as daily stall cleaning and supplements, but no turnout services.

Horse owners can enjoy the mud free facility (which is very important in the Pacific Northwest) year round. Ride in the indoor arena or outside arena when the weather is nice. Keep supplies in your own personal tack locker, and bathe your horse(s) at the wash racks. Please note that this is not a jumping facility, just a multi use stable. Take advantage of the gravel parking area. Limited trailer parking is available at an extra cost. Owners are allowed to bring guests but they must sign a liability release forms. Lake Stevens Real Estate Owners Run or Volunteer for the C-Trail Run

This event will take place on March 9th, 2019 and begins at the 20th Street NE Centennial Trailhead. Registration and packet pickup opens at 6:45 a.m., the half marathon starts at 7 a.m., the kids .5 mile run starts at 7:55 a.m., the 10K run starts at 8:20 a.m., the 5K run starts at 8:20 a.m., awards will be at 9:10 a.m., and the course closes at 11 a.m. Please note that it would be a good idea to arrive early because parking is limited. Find street parking nearby or park at the school located a quarter of a mile away at 12806 20th St. NE and then walk over.

This is a chip timed USATF Certified Event and registration is open now. Get in on early registration, which ends February 25th, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. The costs are $45 for the half marathon, $35 for the 10K, $30 for the 5K, and $15 or the kids run. The prices go up after the early registration deadline. In addition to running, sponsorship and volunteer opportunities are available as well. Sponsorships are available from $15 up to $500. This is a great opportunity to get your business in front of Lake Stevens real estate owners. Money raised from this event will go toward supporting chamber events and also to the Stephen R.
