In addition to all of this, the Carleton Equine Facility offers boarding services for Lake Stevens property owners who don’t have room for their horses at their home. There are two barns as well as an indoor arena, outdoor arena, wash racks, a seasonal summer trail available along Ebey Slough, and much more.

The caregiver, Jesus, has many years of experience and takes excellent care of all horses boarded here. Horses are fed high quality grass/alfalfa hay and given sawdust bedding. Full care is available for $482 per month. This includes feeding three times a day and daily stall cleaning and turnout (6 days a week). Horses will also be given owner provided supplements. Basic care is available for $450 per month. This includes feeding two times a day as well as daily stall cleaning and supplements, but no turnout services.

Horse owners can enjoy the mud free facility (which is very important in the Pacific Northwest) year round. Ride in the indoor arena or outside arena when the weather is nice. Keep supplies in your own personal tack locker, and bathe your horse(s) at the wash racks. Please note that this is not a jumping facility, just a multi use stable. Take advantage of the gravel parking area. Limited trailer parking is available at an extra cost. Owners are allowed to bring guests but they must sign a liability release forms.
