Enjoy a morning getting some great exercise away from your Lake Stevens real estate by participating in the 4th Annual C-Trail 5K, 10K, and Kids Half Mile Run. This event will take place on Saturday March 12, 2016. Be sure to register soon. Early registration ends on February 28, 2016, and prices will go up after that date. Runners will enjoy a beautiful morning running on an up and back course along the Centennial Trail. Participants will also feel good in participating in this event because part of the proceeds will benefit the Lake Stevens School District Stephen R. Covey “Leader in Me” Program.
Even if running is not your thing, Lake Stevens real estate owners are invited to come cheer on the competitors, volunteer, and to enjoy the music, vendors, and photo station. Runners who participate in this USATF event can win medals and placement prizes. The races will all begin at the Hartford Trail Lot located at 13205 20th Street NE in Lake Stevens. Registration and packet pickup begins at 7 a.m. Kids are invited to chase the Leprechaun during their race, which begins at 7:45 a.m. The 10K begins at 8:15 a.m., and the 5K run will take off at 8:20 a.m. Visit the Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce to learn more about the race and to find a link to follow for registration.
