If a tractor enthusiast lives at your Monroe property, come on out for the 29th Annual Antique Tractor Show and Threshing Bee. This fun and family friendly event will take place August 11, 12, and 13 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. at The Frohning Farm, located at 19524 Tualco Loop Road in Monroe. Admission is only $7 for adults, and anyone under 12 is free. Friday is also Senior, Military, and First Responders Day, with those groups of people being able to get in for free with ID. Each day there will be tractor parades, hay rides, stationary engines, garden tractor pulls, farm tractor pulls, restored tractors, wheat threshing, kiddie rides, entertainment, and local vendors. This annual show is put on thanks to the Sky Valley Stock and Antique Tractor Club. This club has monthly meetings and can be found at many events throughout the region during the year. Look for them rolling down the road in parades and with static displays at places like the Evergreen State Fair, Arlington Eagle Festival, and the Silvana Fair.
