Enjoy some time away from your Lake Stevens real estate running in or volunteering at the C-Trail Run 2019. This event will take place on March 9th, 2019 and begins at the 20th Street NE Centennial Trailhead. Registration and packet pickup opens at 6:45 a.m., the half marathon starts at 7 a.m., the kids .5 mile run starts at 7:55 a.m., the 10K run starts at 8:20 a.m., the 5K run starts at 8:20 a.m., awards will be at 9:10 a.m., and the course closes at 11 a.m. Please note that it would be a good idea to arrive early because parking is limited. Find street parking nearby or park at the school located a quarter of a mile away at 12806 20th St. NE and then walk over.
This is a chip timed USATF Certified Event and registration is open now. Get in on early registration, which ends February 25th, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. The costs are $45 for the half marathon, $35 for the 10K, $30 for the 5K, and $15 or the kids run. The prices go up after the early registration deadline. In addition to running, sponsorship and volunteer opportunities are available as well. Sponsorships are available from $15 up to $500. This is a great opportunity to get your business in front of Lake Stevens real estate owners. Money raised from this event will go toward supporting chamber events and also to the Stephen R. Covey Leader in Me program that operates in some Lake Stevens area schools.
The race will take place rain, snow, or sun, so dress appropriately. There will be prizes awarded and all finishers will receive a laser cut medal. Kids must be registered, unless they are in a stroller, and dogs are not allowed.
