The Zulo condos are located in the Greenwood/Licton Springs neighborhood of north Seattle.   It is a small Seattle condo community of 2009 built condos with beautiful hardwood and slate flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, secured parking, and storage units.

They are located just about a block off of Highway 99, on N 93rd St.   I think they are a fabulous Seattle condo buy for all the upgrades and square footage you get at Zulo.
