Darin Persinger

Licensed in real estate sales in 1997, but this wasn't the start of his real estate career.

In high school Darin started a "yard sign" business for the local real estate agents. In the dead of winter in Wisconsin, Darin drove around his Dad's little Dodge Ram truck installing real estate yard signs.

After a few interesting career choices like being a sponsored wakeboarder, and being the Director for one of the country's largest indoor waterparks, Darin got his real estate license.

He quickly became a top producing and Quality Service award winning real estate agent with Century 21.

In 2001, he moved in the Divisional Sales Manager role, operating 4 offices.

In 2006, he was hired to be the CEO of KW Madison Crossroads, a 50 agent brokerage.

In 2008, Darin moved to the Seattle area to be the CEO for a 250+ KW brokerage.

In 2009, he started his own consulting agency for the real estate industry. He worked with Franchises, Offices, MLS organizations, Realtor organizations, Independent Brokerages and Mega-Producing teams on implementing marketing, technology and productivity systems.

He has been a speaker for International, National and Regional conventions for brands like ReMax, KW, Century 21, eXp Realty & Coldwell Banker, for audiences as large as 9,000.

After meeting Katherine, his wife and their decision to start a family, Darin decided that he no longer wanted to be on the road 40 weeks out of the year. He has come full circle, back to his roots of working directly with real estate buyers and sellers.
