Enjoy events on Lake Stevens real estate at the librarySpring is a busy time near Lake Stevens real estate, especially at the Lake Stevens Library. Many activities for all ages are happening at the end of April. Teens and adults are invited to the Lake Stevens Educational Service Center on Saturday, April 20th, 2019 for Four-Color Reality: How Comic Books and the Real World Shape Each Other. This event, with T. Andrew Wahl, who is a journalist and an educator, will take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Come hear about how our history, present times, and the future can be viewed through comic books.

Another exciting event coming up for toddlers and preschoolers is the Annual ABC Spring Literacy Concert. This free concert will take place on Friday, April 26th, 2019 from 10 to 11 a.m. Eric Ode will be performing on stage at ELIM Church Social Hall, located at 11504 26th St NE in Lake Stevens. Advanced registration is required for this fun and educational event.

In addition to these special events, regular weekly events are going on as well. The library is a wonderful place for children to learn and grow. Bring them out for a storytime and grab some books to take back to your Lake Stevens real estate before you head home. Ready Readers Family Storytime will take place on Tuesday, April 23rd and Tuesday, April 30th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. This storytime is for newborns through age 35 months with their caregiver. Stories, songs, and activities will get children excited about reading.

Baby and Me Storytime will take place on Wednesday, April 24th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. This is geared toward newborns through children 18 months old. Bring your preschoolers to Little Science Lab on Thursday, April 25th from 9:30 to 10 a.m. This event requires registration and is a fun time to explore science with Imagine Children’s Museum.
